Job summary

We are seeking an entry-level machine operator to join our manufacturing team in Cartersville, GA. You will operate CNC, folder, and press brake machines to produce components according to specifications, with emphasis on safety and quality. A strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential.

No advanced education required; on-the-job training is provided. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to stand for extended periods during our 4:45pm–3:15am

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of machine operations and mechanics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for operation according to job order specifications.
• Load raw materials into machines.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning.
• Conduct quality checks of produced parts to ensure adherence to tolerances.
• Make adjustments to machine settings to control speed, material feed, and cut path.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Clean machines and work area regularly.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
