Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
• Ability to read drawings and OMS technical data.
• Proficient use of common inspection/test equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow schedules.
• Understand and demonstrate use of gauges in the cell.
• Set up and changeovers following procedures promptly.
• Troubleshoot equipment, including automated operations and sensors.
• Assist maintenance with preventive maintenance activities.
• Complete equipment/product inspections and document results.
• Provide feedback to supervisor on processes needing attention.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects affecting quality and productivity.
• Adhere to 5S practices in the department.
