Job summary

Innovize & Xcel Scientific is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate for weekend shifts in Saint Paul, MN 55127. The role involves operating various manufacturing machines, performing basic setup, and following detailed work instructions while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The associate should understand product quality, processes, and procedures, meet production schedules, and contribute to a safe work environment.

Qualifications

Entry level manufacturing position requiring basic machine operation.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Must follow work instructions and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Communicate rate deficiencies to management per prescribed procedures.
Perform quality inspections per Quality Department procedures and Engineering work instructions and document results or as instructed.
Update self Training Matrix.
Responsible for accurate entries in the computer time clock system.
Positively contribute to company’s quality and production goals.
Contribute to a safe work environment and report to Management any unsafe working conditions.
Read and understand basic prints.
With training, develop skills to do basic set up and machine operations on various equipment within the Value Stream.
Understand and follow company HR policies and procedures
