This developing role emphasizes learning and progression within the operator track, with emphasis on safety, quality, and adherence to work instructions. The position requires following schedules, maintaining accurate production documentation, and supporting continuous improvement through teamwork and proactive problem

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required or obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assigned production equipment per instructions.
• Follow production schedules and assignments to meet requirements.
• Monitor equipment and report issues or abnormalities.
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Complete training and demonstrate competency on equipment and processes.
• Operate measuring devices and shop tools for the area.
