Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and complete required production documentation.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain after hire if required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment per work instructions.
• Follow production schedules and meet requirements.
• Monitor equipment and report abnormalities.
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Complete training and demonstrate competency on equipment and processes.
• Maintain production, inspection, traceability, and quality records.
