Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator I for its Clovis, NM facility. This role requires operating and monitoring manufacturing machines to ensure on-time production of quality parts. Training may be provided to prepare you for daily duties within a structured environment.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to schedules. Candidates should be willing to work shifts as needed and comply with pre-employment and ongoing safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to follow written or oral work instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Adequate work experience may be substituted in lieu of diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Start and stop the machine safely without supervision.
• Place unfinished parts and remove finished parts from machine safely.
• Check part quality with designated measurement instruments and stop machine when needed.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of machinery.
• Operate tools and machinery to aid the manufacturing process.
• Perform periodic checks on equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Oversee the machine while performing tasks and adjust to improve results.
• Record machine actions and log completed parts for records.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Plant Manager.
