Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations by assisting production teams and learning critical support roles.
• Get trained in one primary support position and build toward learning multiple roles before advancing into a main operator position.
• Prepare and stage products - Load and unload machines.
• As a Packaging Operator - Wrap and prepare finished products.
• Use material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts to transport products safely and efficiently as part of daily production support.
