Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read measuring devices (tape measures).
• Ability to follow blueprints and Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to use a computer with basic proficiency (data entry).

Responsibilities

• Basic operation of presses, lathes, or cutters.
• Follow standardized procedures for setup and operation.
• Perform basic maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating machines.
• Read simple work orders or production instructions.
• Produce products meeting established specifications.
• Maintain quality and accuracy in work.
