Undisclosed is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Florida. This entry-level role focuses on operating production machinery, following instructions, and maintaining quality and safety.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to stand for long periods. On-the-job training and opportunities for skill development are provided. Competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Set up machines according to work instructions and production requirements.
Load and unload materials and finished products.
Monitor machines during operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
Inspect parts and products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications.
Follow production schedules and meet quality and productivity standards.
Identify equipment issues and report problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance as assigned.
