Job summary

Medical Device Company in Mebane, NC is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator for a 6-month contract on W2. The role is first shift, 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay range of $16–$20. Candidates should be able to read and follow procedures, work in a team, and maintain GMP/ISO records.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work extended hours as needed. Training will be provided to perform routine production tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques and procedures within one skill area / process / method.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.
• Effective communication skills at a level coworkers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment. Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
