This role is hourly, with a shift premium for night work, and requires a safety-first mindset, basic math, and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment under supervision.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, can read a tape measure, work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 8 or 10-hour shifts.
• Self-starting and self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication with management and staff; teamwork.
• Industrial manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate various manufacturing equipment as directed.
• Read a tape measure and perform basic math; use some computer skills.
• Perform make-ready and shutdown procedures.
• Inspect equipment and report issues; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Support quality criteria and production waste/efficiency standards.
