Elemental Brands is seeking a Machine Operator I to work under Production leadership in Reno, NV. The role involves operating production machinery, assembling and testing electronic parts, and ensuring quality before shipment.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions are essential. The schedule is Monday - Thursday, 6:30 am - 5 pm, with benefits and a collaborative, award-winning workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year in a manufacturing/distribution environment or related field.
• Experience using hand tools and equipment.
• MS Office (Word, Excel) and Fishbowl Inventory is a plus.
• Excellent listening and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic machinery or equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in designated work centers.
• Assemble, test, and modify prototypes or electronic parts; solder wires.
• Check, test, and inspect finished goods for defects and safety.
• Test electrical function, reliability, and packaging quality; record results.
• Use hand tools such as soldering iron, heat gun, and wire strippers.
• Work with low voltage electricity and correct quality problems.
• Organize, stock, and issue supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with team and maintain safety compliance.
