Job summary

Mesa Labs is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator I to set up and operate a variety of machines used in production. The role focuses on following standard procedures, safety, quality control, and attention to detail under supervision.

The position offers base compensation of $21 per hour with a potential annual bonus of 10% and a comprehensive benefits package. Training on machinery and safety is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related experience.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic production equipment (e.g., CNC machines, presses, packaging machines, injection molding) per instructions and safety guidelines.
• Monitor machine output and ensure operation within specified parameters.
• Make small adjustments to machine settings (speed, temperature, pressure) as needed.
• Perform basic quality checks and report defects or equipment issues.
• Log production data and downtime; collaborate with team to maintain smooth workflow.
