Adecco is hiring a Machine Operator in St. Louis, MO for an entry-level manufacturing role in a fast-paced production environment. You will operate equipment, perform assembly tasks, and contribute to quality checks.

This position offers a pay rate of $19.00 per hour plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and paid leave. Strong organizational skills, ability to follow instructions, and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform assembly tasks using light hand tools to create semi-finished and finished products, systems, panels, and packaging components.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing throughout the production process.
• Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, and quality concerns.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Report unsafe conditions or safety violations promptly.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Support production goals by working effectively with team members and supervisors.
