Qualifications

• No prior machine operating experience required—paid on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment such as band saws and material processing machinery under supervision.
• Read and follow work orders, job travelers, and basic production instructions.
• Measure and inspect material using basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, rulers).
• Load, unload, and move material manually or with material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
