Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise is hiring a Tire and Lube Technician. This entry level role focuses on basic maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections, with opportunities to learn through manufacturer training.

You’ll work with a team to deliver high‑quality service and ensure customer vehicles are returned in top condition. The position is hourly, requires a valid driver’s license, basic tools, and a mindset of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Entry level technician role for quick lube services.
• Oil changes, tire rotations, balancing tires, and inspections.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Complete multi-point inspection form for each vehicle.
• Utilize manufacturer‑provided training and guidance.
• Ensure vehicles are returned in good condition to customers.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored trainings and schools.
• Continuously expand knowledge on new technologies and practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team focus.
• Possess basic automotive tools and knowledge.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Follow company procedures and policies.
