Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Medina, MN. You’ll join a friendly, collaborative team and gain hands-on training to perform preventative maintenance while delivering excellent customer service.

No prior automotive experience is required; our award-winning training program guides you to learn tasks like oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and more. This role emphasizes safety, learning, and growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training from day one to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a customer-focused team environment.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• Change oil, check/refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Complete an 18-point maintenance check and other preventive services.
