Job summary

Hyundai of Wesley Chapel is hiring an entry-level Apprentice Lube Technician to learn the fundamentals of vehicle maintenance and grow within our service department. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and routine maintenance under the guidance of experienced technicians.

This role offers hands-on training, exposure to manufacturer procedures, and opportunities for advancement within Lithia & Driveway.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role suitable for individuals seeking long-term automotive service careers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections including tires, brakes, batteries, belts and fluids.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate identified maintenance needs to Service Advisors and team leaders.
• Follow dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures.
• Assist technicians and service team members as needed while developing automotive skills.
