Kia of Lynchburg is seeking a Maintenance | Lube Technician. This entry-level role is the first step toward a rewarding automotive technician career, with paid training, hands-on experience, and clear pathways for advancement within a growing dealership network.

You will perform routine maintenance and lubrication services, work with the service department to support customers, and help keep a clean, safe shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive maintenance or lube technician experience.
• State Inspection License - preferred
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection.
• Ability to operate and maintain hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for potential issues and report findings to the service manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist technicians with additional maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
