Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Hillsboro, OH is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You will perform oil changes and preventative maintenance while delivering top-tier customer service in a friendly, team-focused environment.

No prior automotive experience is required; our award-winning training program will teach you everything from oil changes to 18-point maintenance checks, with a clear path to growth and a possible Service Center Manager role in 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• Schedule flexibility with weekend availability and no late-night shifts or holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, and test batteries
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers; complete an 18-point maintenance check
