Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Brunswick, OH is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. No automotive experience required; we provide award-winning training to change oil, check fluids, rotate tires, test batteries, and perform an 18-point maintenance check.

Qualifications

• From day one, hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds may be required.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and maintenance checks.
• Check and refill fluids to keep vehicles in top condition.
• Rotate tires and test batteries for reliability.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers as needed.
• Perform an 18-point maintenance check and other preventive services.
• Assist customers and support team to ensure quality service.
