Job summary

Tharp Consulting in Redmond, Oregon is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. No prior automotive experience is required; you will receive comprehensive training to perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, battery testing/replacement, lights/wipers inspection, and an 18-point maintenance check.

You will perform vehicle maintenance services, contribute to customer safety, and support a friendly, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and be eager to learn.
• Ability to read and understand training materials.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Weekend work availability is preferred.
