Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Lynchburg, VA is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll be trained to perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, light inspections, and more, in a friendly, team-focused environment.

No prior automotive experience is required, and training is provided. This role emphasizes customer service and safety, with a clear path to grow through their 18–24 month training and advancement program.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training from day one to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• Must bring a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
• Schedule flexibility; weekend availability, but no late nights or holidays.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services: oil changes, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers, and complete an 18-point maintenance check.
