Job summary

Valvoline is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Hannibal, MO. You will perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, and lights/wipers inspections, following an 18-point maintenance check and other preventive services.

The role offers comprehensive on‑the‑job training, a team-friendly environment, weekly pay, and opportunities to advance to a Service Center Manager position within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• You’ll be expected to review, read, and understand training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries.

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)

• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• We expect you can:Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 poundsCrouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your headBe comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
