Job summary

Tharp Consulting seeks an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Flint, MI to join a collaborative team focused on top-tier customer service and preventive maintenance. No prior automotive experience is required; comprehensive training will cover oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, battery tests and replacements, lights/wipers inspection, and an 18-point maintenance check.

You will perform routine maintenance, support customer safety, and participate in ongoing learning to build technical skills,
