RG&T Solutions in Minnesota is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician to join a collaborative team. You will perform basic preventive maintenance on customer vehicles, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, and lights/wipers inspection.

No automotive experience is required; comprehensive training is provided to develop your skills and advance to management within 18–24 months. The position offers starting pay at $18.25 per hour, benefits, flexible scheduling, and

• Must have a positive attitude, attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Fluent in English and able to read training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
