Kahlig Auto Group is hiring an Entry Level Technician / Lube Tech at North Park Lincoln Dominion. This role involves inspecting and lubricating vehicles quickly and thoroughly, with opportunities to grow into advanced technician positions.

The position emphasizes safety, adherence to policies, and hands-on learning in a dealership environment. Previous experience as a tech helper is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with automotive repair/maintenance basics.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver license and be able to operate manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Perform multipoint inspections.
• Communicate additional service/repair needs to service advisors.
• Service universal joints, grease fittings, and steering knuckles with grease guns.
• Inspect fluid levels in steering gears, power steering reservoirs, transmissions, differentials, rear axle housings and shackles.
• Check tire pressure and lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants.
• Drain oil and refill with required amount; replace oil and air filters.
• Inspect vehicles for additional repairs and follow safety procedures.
