Oil Changers in Lincoln, IL is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to start a automotive career with hands-on training provided. Get exposed to basic service tasks in a fast-paced garage and learn in a supportive team environment.

This full-time role demands reliability, good communication, and a willingness to learn. No prior experience required; you'll rotate through bays, assist with fluids, tire checks, and customer interactions while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Successful completion of Lube Technician training.
• Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customer vehicles.
• Check and change car fluids and filters.
• Check vehicles’ tire pressure.
• Provide specialized service including but not limited to transmission, differential, and radiator services.
• Note customer and maintenance information into computer.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Explain the service provided.
• Recommend additional services.
• Accept payment for services.
• Maintain a clean work area (including grounds, restrooms, customer area, etc.).
• Perform related duties as assigned.
