Valvoline Instant Oil Change is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Eagan, MN. You’ll learn core vehicle maintenance through our award-winning training program, performing oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and battery tests while delivering friendly, high-quality customer service.

No prior automotive experience is required; we train you from day one and support your growth toward leadership roles as you gain skills and confidence in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to participate in hands-on training and learn on the job.
• Schedule flexibility with weekend availability.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance.
• Check and refill fluids.
• Rotate tires.
• Test and replace batteries.
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers.
• Conduct an 18-point maintenance check.
• Provide top-tier customer service.
