Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance.
• 0 to 5 years of logistics, supply chain, or Navy ILS experience.
• Familiarity with Navy supply systems (FLIS, OMMS-NG, ICAPS-CS) preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred; Associate's degree with relevant experience considered.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with data entry in structured database environments.
• Navy veteran with logistics rating (SK, AK, LS, or equivalent) or DOD supply experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform FLIS screening and file change requests for AN/SQQ-89 spare parts and consumables
• Execute stock number research and NSN data entry in ICAPS-CS under senior oversight
• Maintain APL/AEL data and support supply support database updates
• Assist with inventory management functions and warehouse support at OSR locations
• Support data calls with data compilation and format preparation
• Maintain ILS tracking spreadsheets and action item logs
• Coordinate document uploads to iPDM and configuration management tracking systems
• Assist in preparation of ILS audit materials and data packages
