Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Account Manager Representative I in the United States. The role supports growth within assigned accounts, coordinating freight lanes, rates, and solutions while acting as liaison among clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers.

You will help ensure on-time pickup, transport, and delivery, building solid relationships and delivering world-class service. The position is entry level with 0-2 years of experience and requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience, required.
• 0-2 years of work experience. This is an entry level role.

Responsibilities

• Track and record customer performance (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually).
• Maintain, update contract, RFQs, and setup monthly customer reports to track and record progress.
• Leads business reviews for one or more customers, compiling service, history and cost data into formal presentations and deliver to customer via phone or in person.
• Focuses on building customer relationships at multiple levels of larger organizations with self-sufficiency, and moderate guidance from the AM Supervisor.
• Grow existing accounts by sourcing and securing new opportunities from within each customer.
• Manage the relationship between the customer and DTB.
• Provide excellent customer service skills when communicating through phone, email, and in person.
