Job summary

Apple is seeking an entry-level Livestream Events Coordinator in Sunnyvale to help coordinate and deliver scalable live experiences. You will gather requirements, maintain schedules, and coordinate rehearsals while learning the platforms behind our broadcasting and streaming technology.

As the primary contact for broadcast, software and business teams, you will track action items and provide real-time show-day support to ensure seamless events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with scheduling, documentation, and status reporting (e.g., spreadsheets, docs, or project-tracking tools).
• Proven experience working independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience communicating with clients, colleagues, and/or stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support as a primary point of contact for the broadcast, software, and business groups who put on our events.
• Gather requirements, maintain schedules, coordinate logistics for rehearsals and technical dry runs.
• Track action items so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Provide real-time support on show day.
