Job summary

The Bizarre Agency in Miami is hiring entry-level Junior Event Ambassadors to represent client campaigns at live events and promotions. You will interact with customers, promote campaigns, and help create positive, memorable brand experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy meeting new people, are eager to develop communication and customer engagement skills, and can commute daily to the Miami area. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with on-the-job training.
• Must be able to commute to Miami/Coral Gables daily.
• Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent client campaigns at live events, retail locations, and promotions.
• Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences.
• Build rapport and identify customer interests and needs.
• Explain products, services, promotions, and initiatives clearly.
• Assist with customer acquisitions, registrations, and sales.
• Record daily campaign activity and results accurately.
• Work with teammates to support campaign objectives.
• Gather customer feedback to improve campaign performance.
