Job summary

Pike Electric LLC seeks an entry-level Class C Lineman to construct and repair overhead distribution systems across job sites, including out-of-state locations. CDL required; willingness to travel and work irregular hours is essential.

You will work with energized and de-energized lines, operate bucket trucks and heavy equipment, and adhere to strict safety protocols to protect yourself and teammates.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of relevant field experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work outside normal hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair overhead distribution systems while prioritizing safety.
• Install and repair overhead power lines, poles, insulators, and conductors.
• Climb structures using approved methods and equipment.
• Work at heights and around energized equipment.
• Operate and maintain bucket trucks, digger derricks, tensioners and pullers.
