Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Entry Level Line Side Control Center Team Captain to join our Site Integrations team in San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work and take initiative to resolve constraints that arise daily with assistance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Attend line-by-line review meetings to communicate status
  • Required to attend Tier meetings
  • Utilize the Ship Side Action Tracker(SAT) system for tracking constraints with assistance
  • Creating and presenting project proposals to Leadership and to the mechanic level
  • Develop knowledge about specs and DWG understanding
  • Assistshop with procurement and/or modification of identified tools with assistance
  • Assist with closure of quality corrective actions (IQDS) items and investigation of root cause and solutions with assistance
  • Foster the values of Speak, Seek, and Listen to communicate emotional intelligence and with a customer service mentality

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience utilizing critical problem solving, working issues and developing procedures
  • Experience accessing aircraft data via computer systems and reading technical data
  • Experience in manufacturing maintenance and/or modification of aircraft
  • Experience using Microsoft office, including creation of PowerPoint presentations and manipulation of data in Excel

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Active security clearance at the secret level or higher; Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) is preferred
  • Project Management Experience

Summary Pay Range: $52,700 - $71,300 (62k mid)
