Entry Level Line Side Control Center Team Captain - Site Integrations (4943)

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Entry Level Line Side Control Center Team Captain to join our Site Integrations team in San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work proactively to resolve constraints with assistance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Participate in line-by-line review meetings to communicate status
  • Attend Tier meetings as required
  • Use the Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT) system to track constraints with assistance
  • Create and present project proposals to Leadership and mechanics
  • Develop knowledge of specifications and drawings (DWG)
  • Assist with procurement and modification of tools with assistance
  • Support closure of quality corrective actions (IQDS) and investigate root causes with assistance
  • Promote values of Speak, Seek, and Listen to foster emotional intelligence and customer service mentality

Note: Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in critical problem solving and developing procedures
  • Experience accessing aircraft data via computer systems and reading technical data
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance or modification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Active security clearance at the secret level or higher; SSBI preferred
  • Project Management experience

Additional Information:

  • This is a Drug-Free Workplace; post-offer applicants and employees are subject to drug testing as per policies.
  • Pay range: $52,700 - $71,300, with a midpoint of $62,000
  • Relocation assistance is not provided
