Job summary

Leech Lake Gaming is seeking an entry level Cook to prepare food on the line and support Senior Cooks. You will ensure timely preparation, maintain line sanitation, and provide high-quality guest service in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

No formal education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred. Prior food service experience is a plus, and you must meet Tribal/State licensing, pass a background check, and submit to drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to menu and prep cook standards.
• Preps food for Senior Cooks.
• Makes soup according to recipes.
• Operates fryers and grills.
• Stocks inventory as needed.
• Delivers guest service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Maintains line cook responsibilities and sanitation standards.
• Understands menu and responsibilities at all stations.
