Job summary

Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking a Lift Maintenance Mechanic Level 1 to join our year-round maintenance team. You’ll build real mechanical skills, from grip inspection to rebuilds, while keeping lifts safe for every guest. Base pay ranges per hour with seasonal training and hands-on experience on all lift systems.

You’ll be trained in start-up/shutdown procedures, tool use, and daily checks, growing into a capable technician who can inspect towers and perform routine maintenance across the mountain.

Responsibilities
