Swim Club Management Group is seeking FIRST YEAR LIFEGUARDS to join our team for 2026. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to start their career with discounted training and a flexible schedule across the year.

Responsibilities include monitoring pool areas, enforcing rules, responding to emergencies (water rescues, first aid, CPR/AED), maintaining certifications, and delivering friendly customer service to patrons and guests. No experience is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Age 15–16+ eligible for lifeguard roles under law.
• Current Lifeguard certification and CPR/AED/First Aid required.
• Ability to stay alert and monitor pool areas.
• Physically able to perform rescues and remain on duty for extended periods.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure patron safety and prevent accidents.
• Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe swimming environment.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies, including water rescues and first aid.
• Maintain certifications and complete ongoing training.
• Inspect facilities and report safety concerns.
• Complete documentation for incidents and tests.
• Assist with pool cleanliness and basic facility upkeep.
• Provide friendly customer service to patrons and guests.
• Direct swimmers during inclement weather or unsafe conditions.
• Follow company policies and wear the required uniform.
• Perform other duties to support facility operations.
