Job summary

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Provides counseling and psychotherapy, crisis management, and case management.
• Interviews and evaluates clients for admittance and safety.
• Participates in treatment team meetings and documents progress notes.
• Maintains safe environment and coordinates special programs.
• Serves as liaison with schools, parents and community organizations.
• Monitors productivity and meets deadlines.
• Pursues ongoing knowledge through training and reading.
