A leading cabinet manufacturer in North Las Vegas is seeking an Entry Level Continuous Improvement Technician to implement lean manufacturing practices. The role involves driving continuous improvement initiatives, training teams, and ensuring lean culture throughout the plant. Candidates must have a High School Diploma, strong change management skills, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. This is a full-time position requiring a self-driven individual with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some college experience is preferred.
• Strong change management skills and experience required.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute lean initiatives including TPM, 5S, and Kanban.
• Assist in project identification to link projects with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain detailed process maps and metrics.
• Train and coach process owners using improvement tools.
• Act as a change agent to instill Lean culture throughout the plant.
