Job summary

TEAM, Inc. invites an entry-level LDAR assistant to join our field teams in California. You will assist in air monitoring, emissions measurement, and data collection for air quality compliance, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Technical training in LDAR or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Safety-focused mindset with willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Perform EPA Method 21 hydrocarbon leak detection using a portable gas analyzer.
• Calibrate and certify analyzers and conduct routine preventative maintenance.
• Complete monitoring within TEAM policies and report results accurately.
• Identify leaks and attach component tags per regulations.
• Maintain LDAR component inventory and record changes.
• Provide daily reports and coordinate with site personnel and management.
