Responsibilities

• Verify material dimensions, part numbers, and job requirements before production.
• Complete production tracking and fabrication documentation accurately.
• Properly use, maintain, and store tools and equipment assigned to the work center.
• Assist with laser cutting and material handling under senior operators.
• Navigate electronic files and retrieve nesting/program files needed for production.
• Enter machine parameters and production data accurately.
• Operate and troubleshoot designated laser cutting equipment.
• Develop proficiency in operating the laser machine.
• Use standard and metric measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Maintain commitment to quality, safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Operate power and/or hand tools.
• Demonstrate safe operation and proper forklift/crane use.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions during assembly.
