Medxcel in Appleton, WI, invites you to join our Facilities team as a Landscaping Specialist at St. Elizabeth Hospital. This full-time, day shift role focuses on outdoor grounds maintenance and collaborating with facilities staff to keep the campus welcoming and safe.

You’ll mow, edge, plant, and assist with seasonal projects while following safety guidelines. A high school equivalency and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• English reading/writing required.
• Experience in landscaping preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required and insurable.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine lawn care including mowing, edging, and weeding.
• Digs trenches, hauls and spreads materials (topsoil, mulch, gravel), finishes grades, and installs seed/sod/plants.
• Safely operates landscaping equipment and assists with material transport and snow removal.
• Arrives on time and follows supervisor directions while maintaining professionalism with customers.
• Applies chemical treatments safely under supervision.
