Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is hiring a Landscaper I to support landscape maintenance across commercial and public properties. The role involves basic tasks under supervision, operating commercial landscaping equipment, and assisting with plant material and landscape features.

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, pruning, bed planting, and maintaining equipment. Candidates must be 18+, dependable, and able to work outdoors in varied conditions; a valid driver’s license is preferred where

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enthusiastic and dependable.
• Ability to safely work with landscaping equipment.
• Certified on level 1 equipment (backpack blower, edger, string trimmer, walk-behind mower).
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers, trim and edge using gas edger/trimmer, operate gas blower.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to improve shape or growth.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Operate edger and line trimmer along sidewalks and beds.
• Pickup trash and blow leaves onto turf before mowing.
