Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to travel for assignments, including overnight stays.
• Previous surveying or related experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to learn surveying equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist survey crews with field surveys including boundary and topographic work.
• Operate surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS/GNSS.
• Establish property corners, control points and elevations.
• Collect accurate field measurements and record data.
• Assist with locating utilities and site features.
• Maintain equipment and work in varied weather conditions.
• Work under supervision and gradually take on more responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with crew and project managers.
