Job summary

PSC Group is hiring entry-level Chemical Plant Laboratory Technicians to support plant operations by performing precise lab tests and building a stable career in a booming industry. The role offers great benefits, a matching 401(k), and opportunities to grow within the PSC family.

Work involves a 12-hour rotating shift (days/nights) and includes holidays and weekends. Applicants should be able to pass drug screens and background checks, with on-the-job training available.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training is available.
• Valid driver’s license and/or TWIC card may be required depending on location.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Speak, write, read fluent English.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required.
• Previous military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs testing as per standard methods and procedures.
• Sets up testing, operates and maintains equipment.
• Maintains accuracy and precision in testing.
• Ensures quality through quality management systems and ISO 9001.
• Understands plant processes and interprets results.
• Follows SOPs and uses corrective actions.
• Keeps to OSHA, EPA, and federal laboratory safety regulations.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
