Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Columbia, Missouri, is seeking an Associate Scientist, Data Review, to join the Quality Assurance team. This entry-level role reviews reports under cGMP, ensures data integrity, and supports internal audits.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biology-related fields, possess strong communication, and can work both independently and within a team. 25% travel may be required; the role is not remote and requires eligibility to work in the US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field.
• Experience in a laboratory or GMP pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Eurofins BPT-Columbiais looking for aAssociate Scientist, Data Reviewtojoin our Quality Assurance team located in Columbia, Missouri. The Quality Assurance Associate position is an entry-level position involved in day-to-day activities in a laboratory setting under prescribed processes (protocols, standard operating procedures, methods, etc.).

• Review scientific reports under cGMP guidelines to ensure regulatory requirements have been met, the data is whole and accurate, and the report is of high quality.
• Assisting with internal audits
• Work closely with lab operations staff on a day-to-day basis and have the authority and responsibility for final report sign-off.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess:

• Experience in a laboratory setting or GMP pharmaceutical setting.
• Good organizational skills; ability to follow direction and good communication skills are required.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
• Ability to work in the US indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship/

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or other directly related field or degree with comparable coursework in the above areas.

Additional Information

Working schedule will be Full-Time, First Shift, M-F 8am-4:30pm.Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Columbia, MOare encouraged to apply. No relocation assistance will be given.25% travel may be required. This position isNOTremote.
