Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries in White City, Oregon, is seeking entry-level production labor roles in its Western Veneer division. The positions offer day or swing shifts, learning opportunities across production, equipment maintenance, and supervision.

Starting pay is $20.69–$21.89 per hour with internal training and opportunities for advancement, plus a strong benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Find yourself in a new career path in wood veneer manufacturing in an entry-level production labor position with opportunity to learn and explore many jobs within the plant site including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision
• Learn to fill in on various machine stations within our innovative wood veneer manufacturing facility
• General production labor duties: shovel and sweep wood byproducts, stack and pile lumber and veneer
• The work is fast-paced and can, at times, be demanding
• Repetitive lifting and working in both hot and cold work environments
• Work may consist of some overtime during busy production times
• Work schedule is Monday through Thursday 10-hour shifts

Currently, we have multiple day shift or swing shift entry-level labor positions with great opportunities for advancement at our Western Veneer division based in White City, Oregon.
