The role involves performing testing, setting up and maintaining equipment, and interpreting results within plant processes while adhering to safety and quality standards. 12-hour rotating shifts include days/nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training is available.
• May require a valid Driver's License and/or TWIC card depending on work location.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Wear all required PPE and pass medical exams.
• Speak, write, read fluent English.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Previous military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs testing as per standard methods and procedures.
• Sets up testing, operates and maintains equipment.
• Demonstrates integrity while performing testing with accuracy and precision.
• Ensures quality through company quality management systems and ISO 9001.
• Understands plant processes and interprets results using data.
• Adheres to non-conforming work SOPs and uses corrective actions.
• Complies with OSHA, EPA and federal safety and waste regulations.
• Completes any other duties assigned to finish the job.
